Information on ticket redemption

The match between Bulgaria and Hungary, scheduled for March 26, will take place at a later, unconfirmed date due to a coronavirus emergency. Purchased vouchers are automatically valid for the new time, so you don't have to do anything else if you participate in the match. If you would like to claim your voucher price, you can let us know by April 30th in the following ways:

For vouchers purchased online, click the voucher redemption button below and enter the voucher barcode and the email address used to make the purchase (which has been confirmed) in the form that appears. The transaction will be verified by the system, and after this deadline, we will forward your received claims to the payment service provider, who will credit the amount to the bank account used for the payment within 30 days. When our refund process starts, our support team will notify you by email.

In the case of vouchers purchased at a ticket office, due to the emergency situation, redemption is only possible online. Please click on the voucher redemption button and enter the barcode, bank account number and name of the bank account holder you purchased as well as the date of birth of the owners of the barcode vouchers (in whose name you purchased the voucher). After the deadline, we will transfer the price of the vouchers to the bank account number specified according to the requests you have received. Our customer service will send you an email notification to initiate the transfer.

In the case of vouchers purchased online or at a ticket office and re-named, vouchers can only be redeemed after a personal eligibility check. If you need a redemption request, please contact our Customer Service at mlsz@interticket.hu by April 30th. Redemption will be possible at a later designated ticket office. The exact details will be determined by the emergency measures and will be notified by email to the affected Buyers.
